Do the plans come with customer support?
Absolutely, all paid plans include access to our customer support to assist you with any queries or concerns.
Is there a trial period for the different plans?
We offer a free tier that has no time limit. Unfortunately, we don't offer trial periods for the paid plans but if there is a paid feature you want to know more about please get in touch.
Can I switch between plans?
Certainly! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan, at any time, to find the one that best suits your evolving requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and online payment methods to ensure a convenient and secure transaction process. We use Stripe to process payments.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the displayed cost?
No, the Platform subscription cost covers the features listed under each plan. Bespoke Studio production is quoted separately before work begins.
